VIKTORIA GANHAO
Abstract artist Viktoria Ganhao was born in 1971 in Kyiv, Ukraine. She was raised in an artistic family, and her creativity was encouraged from an early age.
She worked in the Fashion Industry for seventeen years, pursued an entrepreneurial career, lived in seven countries, and traveled around the globe. In 2016 she decided to entirely focus on becoming a full-time artist.
As an avid traveler, Viktoria uses all-new experiences as the most significant source of inspiration for her paintings.
Her series of abstract artworks are a collection of memories, feelings, and emotions gathered during her travels. Every artwork she creates is a way to pay homage to unique places she has been to, transforming them into a journey of storytelling and memoir. However, the abstract nature of her art invites the viewer to develop their own interpretation of the work; she prefers that the viewers and art lovers have their own interpretations and feel something personal by their own life experiences. Thus, each painting has a story to be discovered.
Her painting process is intuitive and begins with a palette of colors and a range of tools, intending to make ground and texture, then continues with adding several layers, colors, switching from brushes to palette and knives, using a wide range of mediums and tools.
She’s enjoying creative freedom in this way of working because she believes that art is about freedom.
Her innovative, open mind doesn’t allow her to work in only one style or technique, despite her works always having a commonality.
She has exhibited in solo and group exhibitions, participated in art fairs and festivals, and is active in showing her art to different audiences as viewers’ feedback is always a huge source of inspiration.
Her work has been sold to more than twenty different countries around the world.
Viktoria recently moved to Portugal, where she lives and works from her studio in Abrantes.
VIKTORIA GANHAO is a Gold List Award Artist, Featured in the Gold List Special Edition #6 published by the International Art Market Magazine.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to enjoy your new art, so if a piece doesn't quite work in your space, return it within seven days of receiving your order, and we'll issue you a refund for the price of the art. Art must be returned in its original packaging with the certification of authenticity. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any customs and brokerage fees charged upon return. At this time, there are no returns on special orders or artwork altered at the customer's request. Before returning the artwork, you must contact us by email to mail@israeliartmarket.com.- From the time you receive your original artwork from the shipper, you have seven days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition and packaging to receive a refund.
- We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you've purchased from the Israeli Art Market and are not fully satisfied, you have:
- Seven days to contact us about your intent to return the work
- Three days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork
